Returns & Refund Policy
At Amritu Customs, we specialize in bespoke, made-to-order apparel. Because these items are uniquely crafted for you, our return policy differs from standard retail.
1. The Custom Print Guarantee
All custom-printed items are final sale. Once an order is confirmed and purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Customer Approval: By confirming your order and design, you agree that the spelling, layout, and design choices are correct. Amritu Customs is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the design or approval process.

The Quality Exception: We only offer refunds or reprints if there is a manufacturing error or a mistake in the quality of printing from our side (e.g., the print differs significantly from the approved proof, or the garment is physically defective).
2. 30-Day Return Window (Non-Custom Items Only)
For non-customized, "ready-to-wear" items, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. How to Start a Return or Report an Issue
To initiate a return or report a printing error, contact us at amritucustoms@gmail.com.

For Printing Errors: Please include clear photos of the defect and your original order number.

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (not matching your approved order), contact us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized/Custom Products: This includes all special orders and custom-printed apparel.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are final sale.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For non-customized merchandise shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Note: This cooling-off period does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (custom prints).
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

Approved Refunds: Processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
